Apex InfoTech offers Apex Live, a solution that blends traditional classroom instruction with leading conferencing and collaboration technologies allowing IT professionals to get the training they want when they need it.

Apex Live is designed to bring the benefits of traditional instructor-led training without having travel to a Apex InfoTech training facility. If participating from in your training from Home or Office is right for you, we will provide you with all the information you need to get set up for your class. Please note: typical setup time is less than 15 minutes.

Designed from inception to bring the benefits of the traditional instructor-led classroom, the Apex Live experience brings the classroom learning experience to you by seating you virtually into a real-life instructor-led classroom taught by one of our world-class trainers/consultants with other IT professionals like yourself at our learning center. From the comfort of your home, office, or any where with internet connection such as a coffee shop or a hotel you can attend the training you need, when you need it, in the environment that is most comfortable for you to be successful.

Apex Live students are able to:

• Participate in the live instructor-led classroom demonstrations and labs.
• Interact with the instructor and students, via high-quality conferencing equipment.
• View the Instructor's Presentation, Whiteboard and Demonstrations.
• Get remote hands-on help from the Instructor during labs and demos.
• Learn in an interruption free classroom environment.
• You will have a dedictaed student computer that you will connect remotely to perform labs.

If you need a class during a specific timeframe or window of opportunity and are unable to travel to the live site, you can request to take the class via Apex Live to get the critical training you need when you want.

When you attend a class from your home of office you'll be using remote desktop technology to control a PC in the live classroom. So even if you don't have the course software, you can still participate. At a minimum, you'll need the following components:

• A computer running Windows XP

• A high speed internet connection - DSL, cable, or faster

• A headset with michrophone and optional web cam or a telephone line.

• A quiet interruption-free environment

• (Optional) A dual monitor configuration - second monitor with desktop extended across both screens.
