Course 700 : Fundamentals
of Solaris[tm] 8 Operating Environment for System Administrators
The Fundamentals of
Solaris[tm] 8 Operating Environment for System Administrators course teaches
you how to use UNIX® operating system commands and basic Solaris Operating
Environment commands. The class is for new users of the Solaris environment.
You will learn fundamental command-line features of the Solaris Operating
Environment including file system navigation, file permissions, the vi
text editor, command shells, and basic network use.
