Once a course has been paid for, Apex InfoTech guarantees not to cancel the course based on class size.
To ensure the class availability, payment must received in full at least 15 days prior to the class start date.
Apex InfoTech will not be responsible for any travel, lodging, or any other expenses in the event of
a class cancellation or rescheduling.
Apex InfoTech Rights:
Apex InfoTech reserves the right to refuse service to customers for any reason.
Please Note:
In order to guarantee the availability of the course(s) you have selected,we must receive payment no later
than 15 days prior to the course start date.
In cases where this timing is not possible, special arrangements can be made with a credit card by phone.
Until such arrangements are made, your desired course date is subject to being filled by other available courses.
Cancellation by Customer
Customer request for course cancellation or credit of registration fees toward another course must be submitted
in writing to Apex InfoTech Training Coordinator via fax (949-597-2111), or email at info@oneApex.com. The cost of training materials ordered for your class plus shipping and handling if you do not wish to pick up the book will be added to your cancellation fee.
Customer may substitute registered course attendee(s) without charge.
Customer request for course cancellation or for a credit of registration fees toward another course must be
received by Apex InfoTech at least 15 business days prior to scheduled commencement date in order for customer
to receive a refund/credit of registration fees paid. 5% cancellation fee will apply.
Request for cancellation or credit received by Apex InfoTech more than 10 but fewer than 15 business days
prior to scheduled commencement date shall entitle customer to receive 50% of registration fees paid in the
form of refund or credit.
No refund or credit will be available for cancellation/substitution request received by Apex InfoTech fewer than
10 business days prior to scheduled commencement date.
Cancellation by Apex InfoTech
Apex InfoTech NEVER CANCEL YOUR CLASS when you confirm your registration.
Apex InfoTech will not be responsible for non refundable tickets purchased or reservations made by customer.
Please
confirm your class before any travel arrangement.
A class maybe rescheduled without charge, up to 15 business days prior to the class start date.
If a cancellation fee is incurred, the cancellation fee must be paid prior to attending the rescheduled class.
If the class can not be rescheduled, no refund will be provided.
