| Introduction The Microsoft Course on Retail Management System® Headquarters prepares students to assist their customers with the installation, setup, configuration, and implementation of Headquarters. The Course focuses on explaining that when Headquarters is installed on a computer at a head office, it ties all the data from all stores together, acting as an integrated, business-wide point-of-sale and retail management solution for growing mid-sized retail chains. Students learn that Headquarters enables users to set policies and procedures for each store to follow and enforces those rules for the entire retail enterprise.
