Introduction

The Microsoft Course on Retail Management System® Headquarters prepares students to assist their customers with the installation, setup, configuration, and implementation of Headquarters. The Course focuses on explaining that when Headquarters is installed on a computer at a head office, it ties all the data from all stores together, acting as an integrated, business-wide point-of-sale and retail management solution for growing mid-sized retail chains. Students learn that Headquarters enables users to set policies and procedures for each store to follow and enforces those rules for the entire retail enterprise. Upon completion of the course, students should have a good basic understanding of Headquarters functionality and capabilities.
